Shipping

FASHUND is made to order and our current turn around is 5 days. Accessories and orders containing only Ready to ship items will be shipped on the next working day.

Once ready your order will be shipped with AnPost, shipping costs and estimated time frames as follow:

• Ireland: €2 - €7 ( 3 - 5 days)

• UK and NI: from €12 ( 5 - 7 business days)

• Europe: from €15 ( 7 - 10 business days)

• Canada and USA: from €20 ( 15 - 20 business days)

• Oceania: from €20 ( 20 - 25 business days)

*Import charges may apply for countries outside the European Union and those are not included in the price.

*Delivery times may vary, please consider longer times for parcels being held at Customs.

Returns

We hope you don’t need to return your order, but if you do we’re here for you.

We offer an exchange option if your FASHUND wasn’t the right size for your dog. Simply contact us (within 7 days of receiving your order) and we will talk you through how to send your item back to us.

We will start working on the different size for your dog asap.

This exchange option is only available in Ireland.

Returned garment should be:

– Unworn (except to see if the fit was right)
– No loose fur or dirt on the suit
– Received less than 14 days prior to you notifying us of your return

*Please remember we’re a small business and unfortunately we can't cover the costs with returns at this time. There’s a €14 fee that includes a prepaid label to send your order back to us and the shipping of your new order. The fee can be paid by Revolut, Paypal or bank transfer.
